Characteristics of 30T to 80T Side Wall Semi Trailer
It is not difficult to understand why this type of trailers are called side wall trailer from their structure. The trailer’s carrying cargo has a distinct wall structure all around. They are widely used for medium and long-distance transportation of medium and heavy goods and bulk goods. Due to side wall trailers’ applicability, they have become one of the most popular types of trailers for medium and long-distance freight vehicles.
30T to 80T side wall trailers are made of high quality steel with advanced technology under high standard production. They have very logical structure design, reliable performance, welcoming appearance, and they are easy to operate.
They frame of side wall trailers are through type beam structure and the longitudinal beam adopts straight type or gooseneck type. The middle plates are welded with manganese with height from 400mm to 550mm. The longitudinal beam is welded with automatic submerged welding. The frame is hot peened. The transverse beam penetrates into the longitudinal beam, and they are welded as a whole.
The suspension adopts non-steel plate stamping rigid suspension, which is made of series steel plate spring and suspension support. It has extremely strong rigidity and strength, and it is used to support heavy load and reduce impact.
