Breathing Valve of 3 Axle Carbon Steel Fuel Tank Semi Trailer
To ensure that the pressure in the tank maintains the same as the atmospheric pressure during the working process of the refueling the tank, a breathing valve is installed on the large cover of the tank. When the pressure in the tank is higher than the external pressure of 8KPA, the upper valve plate of the breathing valve opens. When the fuel pump is used to discharge fuel outward or the fuel is contracted by cold, the fuel surface drops and the pressure decreases. When the pressure in the tank is lower than the external pressure at 3KPA, the lower valve plate of the breathing valve is opened.

The fuel tanker semi trailer is composed of a special vehicle chassis and a top-loading part. The top-loading part is composed of a tank body, a power take-off, a transmission shaft, a gear oil pump, a pipe network system and other components. Do not pour gasoline into the carburetor port when the engine is running or when the trailer is moving. Even though adding gasoline to the carburetor can increase the concentration of the mixture in the cylinder may be helpful for starting when the oil does not enter the cylinder, it is useless for other faults. Doing so may also cause backlash and hazards such as fire, burns to people, and burned vehicles.
When maintaining the gasoline filter, it is not recommended to use gasoline to burn the filter core. Many people like to use the gasoline to burn the ceramic filter element to remove the impurities on the filter element. The hazard of doing so is that it is easy to catch fire and at the same time, it has an impact on the life of the filter element.
In the oil depot, it is not allowed to use the method of short circuit for fire to check the storage condition of the battery. The tow chain of the carbon fuel tanker is not allowed to be wrapped around the girder. Oil, like any other substance, generates static electricity when it rubs against another object. This static flashover can ignite fuel and cause a fire. Therefore, a ground wire should be installed on the oil depot and a grounded iron chain should be installed on the oil tanker to prevent electrostatic sparks from being generated in the oil tank. It is not allowed to frequently use the hanging fire method. Sometimes there will be carbon deposits on the spark plugs of automobiles. When the carbon deposits in a certain cylinder are serious, the cylinder cannot work properly. In order to make the cylinder run properly, the method of "hanging fire" outside the cylinder can be used to improve the spark plug electrode sparking energy. The cylinder can then resume work. Just make sure to leave a gap of 3mm to 4mm between the spark plug and the high-voltage line. However, this method can fail easily if not careful. If there is dripping gasoline on the cylinder block, it is extremely prone to fire. Therefore, it should only be a temporary solution. The correct treatment should be to clean and maintain the spark plug in time and try to avoid using the "hanging fire" method.
It should always made sure not to have any leakage in the oil circuit. If there is a leak in the oil circuit of the chassis and it is encountering a late ignition point and a lean point of the mixture, the exhaust pipe will catch fire due to the slow combustion. The temperature of the tank body will rise, which is more than ten times the ignition point of gasoline vapor; the flash point of gasoline vapor is 28°C. If the leaked oil is ignited, it is very easy to cause a fire and scrap the entire tank trailer. If the carburetor part leaks on the cylinder head, the high-voltage spark leakage of the spark plug may also cause fire.
