The 40ft skeleton trailers is one of our main products.
We require our suppliers have to supply the enough solid and thick plate sheets for us.
If the specification says the thickness is 10mm, we will adhere to it strictly, even using thicker plate.
The content of titanium and niobium in steel is strictly regulated, and the content of titanium is controlled at about 0.98%, which strengthens trailer frame and beam toughness and strength.
A 40ft Container Skeleton Trailer is consists of chassis, the one that we also call it main beams, axles, landing gears, suspension, tire, brake system, electrical system, and other accessories such as container locks, trailer LED lights, tool box, spare tire carrier, etc.
Usually the quantity of axles and tires are optional based on customer’s requirement, the main beam thickness is also adjusted according to the required loading capacity.

Usually a 40ft container skeleton trailer has 12 container locks, in this way, you can carry two 40ft containers, two 20ft containers, one 40ft container and one 20ft container, or one 20ft container.
So if you transport only two 40ft containers or two 20ft containers, you can choose 8 container locks for your skeleton trailers.
There are two shipping ways for 40ft container skeleton trailers. One is Bulk Cargo Vessel/Ro-Ro vessel, the other one is Container Vessel.
Two or Three 40ft container skeleton trailers can be stacked together shipped by bulk cargo vessels or ro-ro vessels. To bulk cargo vessels, the skeleton trailers will be placed on the deck, to ro-ro vessels, the skeleton trailer will be placed inside the deck.
Two 40ft container skeleton trailers can be placed into one 45ft container, but if there’s now 45ft container vessels to your destination port, we can move the 40ft container skeleton trailers removable and placed two skeleton trailers into one 40ft container.
This picture below shows we were packing the finished 40ft container skeleton trailers. Based on our customer's destination port, we decide to make four skeleton trailers stacked together and shipped by Bulk Cargo Vessel.
As you see, we just put four skeleton trailers together directly, don’t have to remove the tires, no matter it’s 2 axles or 3 axles skeleton trailers.
