When unloading the ash, the compressed air is sent into the tank from the bottom of the tank, and is divided into small streams through the air-permeable layer of the cement fluidization device, and the cement is evenly filled to form an air-cement mixture. The discharge pipe leaks out. The pneumatic ash unloading method has the advantages of fast ash unloading, less dust flying, and can be discharged to any height and distance with a flexible long unloading pipe, and can be operated in the open air in wind and rain.
The dry bulk trailer’s tank body is an all-metal welded part, and the tank body is a closed container for loading materials, which is made of ordinary carbon structural steel plates butt-jointed by a flow circle and welded with a stamping head,
with a volume of 55m3. There are manholes and walking platforms above, which are used for loading, unloading and maintenance personnel to enter the tank. There is a fluidized bed air chamber in the tank. The air chamber is composed of a sliding plate and an air bag, so that the compressed air is discharged from the discharge pipe after fluidizing the powder material in the air bag. The head is cut with a plasma CNC cutting machine, and then spun once by an imitation flanging machine to increase the strength, and manual knocking of the flanging is not allowed to avoid material damage.
The dry bulk trailer uses its own engine power to drive the on-board air compressor through the power take-off, and the compressed air passes through
The pipeline is sent into the air chamber at the lower part of the sealed tank to suspend the cement on the fluidized bed into a fluid state.
When the value is set, the discharge butterfly valve is opened, and the fluidized cement flows through the pipeline for transportation.
Made with domestic advanced technology, the design is novel and durable. The air bag type has a large carrying capacity and a fast unloading speed with a small residual amount.
The integrated tank has the characteristics of high overall strength, good rigidity, good pressure bearing and good performance.
