Manufacturers make the tank body with carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy and other materials according to the characteristics of the medium transported. The tank is a closed charging container. It can be a single compartment or divided into multiple independent small compartments according to certain volume. The operator can go up to the top of the tank through the escalator at the front or rear of the tank to carry out the necessary operations. The upper part of the tank is provided with a manhole and a breathing valve, which can be used for top filling and ventilation during discharge. The manhole can also be used for operators to enter the tank for maintenance and cleaning. The breathing valve can maintain the pressure balance inside and outside the tank to prevent pressure inside the tank from being too high or too low and damage the tank.
The pipeline system is located at the bottom of the tank and consists of pipes, valves, and quick-change joints. According to user requirements, various functions can be obtained. When unloading, open the sail door and discharge the liquid through the unloading hose.

The power source of the pumping system of the oil and chemical liquid transport truck is the power take-off. The pump in and out function is achieved by the opening and closing of the valve in the pipeline when loading and unloading. The method is simple in structure and simple in operation.
For most stainless steel fuel tanker trailer manufacturers such as Vehicle Master, the pumping system of the oil transport semi-trailer and the chemical liquid transport semi-trailer is divided into three methods:
The power take-off directly drives the hydraulic pump;
The hydraulic motor drives the hydraulic pump;
The motor drives the hydraulic pump, etc.
When using method 1, the power take-off is installed on the tractor to drive the liquid pump to work. When loading and unloading, the pipeline on the vehicle is connected with the pump in or out through the hose, so as to achieve funcitons such as the pump in, pump out, etc. This method is simple in structure and safe and reliable.
When using method 2, the high-pressure oil spring and oil tank are installed on the tractor, while the hydraulic motor and the hydraulic pump are installed on the semi-trailer. When using, the hydraulic oil circuit is first connected and the high-pressure oil pump drives the hydraulic motor through hydraulic oil. Then the hydraulic motor is driven by the hydraulic oil. The hydraulic motor drives the hydraulic pump. Through the opening and closing of the valve in the pipeline, the functions of pumping in and pumping out are achieved. This method is easy to operate, but the structure is complicated. Furthermore, for some tractors, due to the limited space, the fuel tank cannot be installed so this method cannot be used for such tractors.
When method 3 is adopted, the hydraulic spring in the motor area is installed on the semi-trailer, and the 380V power line equipped with the semi-trailer is used to connect the power supply. The functions such as pumping in and pumping out are achieved by opening and closing the valves in the pipeline. This method is simple in structure and easy to operate as long as the loading and unloading places can provide 380V power supply.
It is strictly forbidden to leave the pump on idle without liquid!
When the pump is used for loading and unloading, in order to achieve the purpose of quickly entering and exiting the gas, the tanker equipped with the exhaust gas recovery device needs to have the device turned on. If there is no exhaust gas recovery device, please open the tank top manhole to prevent damage to the tank!

When the shipping temperature of the medium is required to be high, in order to prevent the medium from solidifying, a thermal insulation layer is added outside the tank along with a thin steel plate or mirror panel coated on top of it by the fuel tank trailer manufacturers, which is tightened by a tightening belt. The material of the thermal insulation layer is glass fiber, which is resistant to high temperature and has good thermal insulation performance. The tightening belt is tightened for easy maintenance.
When transporting a medium with a higher freezing point, a heating system can be installed on the tank. The medium is heated through the heating pipe, which is convenient for unloading.
Note: The end with the trap is the outlet, while the end without the trap is the inlet. The maximum steam pressure allowed in the heating pipe is 8kg per square meter.
When the unloading of the tanker is partially solidified, which makes unloading difficult, the heating pipeline at the unloading pipeline of the tanker can be used to heat it with steam, and it is strictly forbidden to use an open fire for baking.
Closed Loading and Unloading System
When closed loading and unloading of liquid medium is required, a closed loading and unloading system can be installed on the tank. The airtight loading and unloading system is composed of oil filling port, oil and gas recovery port, etc. When loading and unloading, it is necessary to connect the oil and gas recovery port to maintain the pressure balance in the tank.
Tank Top Guard Rail
The tank top lift guardrail designed according to the tank structure has two types of operation: pneumatic and manual. The operation switch of the pneumatic guardrail is located near the ladder, while the manually operated guardrail needs to be raised and lowered on the top of the tank. When it is necessary to operate on the top of the tank, please raise the guardrail first to ensure the safety of personnel.

Bottom Loading System
The bottom loading system includes:
Bottom loading and unloading system
Waste gas recovery system
Anti-overflow system, etc.
The bottom loading and unloading system consists of bottom valve, pipeline, unloading valve, etc. The device has two valves to provide double barriers for the tanker. When the pipeline is damaged by accident, it will not cause leakage, which improves the safety performance of the vehicle
The waste gas recovery system consists of waste gas recovery valve, ventilation valve, waste gas recovery pipeline, gas recovery joint, etc. When the tanker is loading and unloading, the system can provide enough air in and out of the tank, so that there is no need to open manholes for ventilation, reducing environmental pollution and improving safety performance.
The anti-overflow system mainly includes anti-overflow sensors, sockets and connecting cables. When the oil depot is equipped with matching equipment, the system can be connected to automatically control the loading and unloading of the tank to prevent accidents caused by the overflow of liquid media due to operational errors.
Principles and Operating Procedures of Stainless Steel Fuel Tank Trailer Manufacturers
The liquid is loaded into the tank through the top or bottom feeding device, and the liquid in the tank is discharged through the bottom discharge device. When transporting liquid that is easy to solidify, in order to ensure the completion of unloading, heating pipes can be used to before unloading.
The manhole cover or exhaust gas recovery device must be opened before loading and unloading. Please refer to the pasted operating instructions when attaching the operating instructions to the vehicle.
Charging from manhole
Before loading, it should be confirmed that the discharge valve has been closed;
When transporting flammable, explosive and other dangerous goods, the ground brazing or grounding wire should be fully grounded before loading into the tank;
Open the manhole cover, extend the feeding pipe into the tank to charge. The suitable distance from the pipe to the bottom of the tank is 80 to150mm. It is recommended that the volume of the liquid to be added is 90%~97% of the tank volume. Too much should not be added to prevent the overflowing liquid from the tank during transportation;
After charging, close the manhole cover, and screw the pressure nut of the purple charging hole cover;
Put away the grounding solder or grounding wire.
Make sure the discharge valve is closed before loading.
When transporting dangerous inflammable and explosive goods, the grounding brazing or grounding wire should be grounded reliably before loading into the tank.
Connect the exhaust gas recovery device at the top of the tank or the lower part of the tank.
Connect the charging port and load the material. It is recommended that the volume of the liquid added is 90%~97% of the tank volume. Do not add too much to avoid overflow of the liquid in the tank during transportation.
After the charging is completed, close the charging port and cover the end cap.
Turn off the exhaust gas recovery device at the top of the tank or in the lower part of the tank.
Put away the grounding solder or grounding wire.
Before driving, check and ensure that the breathing valve is unblocked, confirm that the electrostatic grounding strap is fully grounded, and the manhole cover is closed.
When transporting liquids that are easy to solidify, the vehicle is already equipped with a heating pipe. When the vehicle arrives at the destination, if the driving time is long, or the external ambient temperature is low, hot steam can be used to supply hot steam to the heating pipe through the quick-change joint, so that the The transported liquid warms up.
The vapor pressure must not exceed 8kg/cm2! It is strictly forbidden to heat the medium with a flash point below 55°C!
No exhaust gas recovery device
Fully ground the grounding solder or grounding wire, and open the manhole cover;
After connecting the quick-change joint of the discharge hose to the quick-change joint of the discharge port on the tanker, open the bottom valve and discharge the discharge;
After the unloading is completed, close the unloading adjustment and install the dust cover;
Close the manhole cover and tighten the compression nut of the charging hole cover; put away the grounding solder or grounding wire.
With exhaust gas recovery device
(a) Fully ground the grounding brazing or grounding wire, and connect the exhaust gas recovery device at the top of the tank or the lower part of the tank;
(b) Connect the quick-change joint of the discharge hose to the quick-change joint of the discharger on the tanker, and then open the bottom valve and discharge valve to discharge;
(c) After the discharge is completed, close the discharge valve and install the dust cover;
(d) Disconnect the exhaust gas recovery device at the top of the tank or the lower part of the tank;
(e) Put away the grounding solder or grounding wire.
If it is necessary to enter the tank body or to weld the tank body, the tank body must be cleaned first until it reaches the standard. The tank must also be cleaned before changing transported medium each time until it reaches the standard.

Precautions of Stainless Steel Fuel Tank Trailer Manufacturers
To ensure safe operation and improve work efficiency, the following items should be paid attention to during operation:
Smoking and the use of open flames are strictly prohibited in and around the tanker, and the tanker is strictly prohibited from driving in places with open flames;
It is strictly forbidden to weld and cut the tank body after the tanker has been loaded with flammable, explosive, toxic and other dangerous goods. It is not allowed to knock on any parts of the oil truck with metal objects to avoid sparks. Fire-fighting equipment should be ready on the tanker at all times;
It is strictly forbidden to heat the medium with flash point lower than 55°C;
The material of the tank body is confirmed by the customer. The material of the manhole sealing ring and other sealing parts is nitrile rubber. Overloading is not permitted.
Unloading operations should always be carried out on leveled ground.
During loading and unloading operations, the truck must be reliably on park to prevent accidental oil spilling due to broken pipelines;
When the manhole cover is opened or the gas recovery device is not connected, it is strictly forbidden to carry out material feeding and discharging;
The manhole cover or exhaust gas recovery device must be closed in time after the loading is completed;
Please regularly check and replace the consumable parts such as the discharge hose and various seals;
The liquid pump is strictly prohibited from idling in the absence of liquid;
Vehicles must slow down when turning to ensure safety
Try to avoid turning in situ when fully loaded. Try to increase the turning radius when turning;
Before entering the tank that has previously been filled with oil, the manhole cover should be opened for more than 12 hours and the tank should be blown with compressed air for more than 30 minutes. Staff entering the tank should not carry metal objects with them to avoid sparks from impact. There must be someone outside the tank for protection;
When the temperature is lower than 0 degrees, if the pipeline or oil pump freezes, do not use fire. It can be thawed with hot water. The vehicle can also be thawed in a greenhouse;
When the vehicle is running, the manhole cover at the top of the tank must be firmly locked.
Special precautions for safety
When loading and unloading, the anti-static grounding reel must be fully inserted into the wet ground. The oil truck must be reliably connected to the oil storage tank through the reel to ensure that their potentials are in phase with each other, so as to eliminate or prevent explosion accidents caused by static electricity;
Make sure that the anti-static grounding strap fully touches the ground during transportation;
Always check and ensure that the grounding strap and grounding solder work normally. Between any two points in the metal pipeline or from any point to the end of the grounding solder, the resistance value of the conductive path from the conductive parts inside the tanker to the end of the mopping tape is not greater than 5W;
Be sure to open the tank top manhole cover or exhaust gas recovery device before loading, so as to avoid pressure or vacuum damage to the tank!
Repair and Maintenance of Stainless Steel Fuel Tank Trailer Manufacturers
Always check whether the mounting bolts of each part are loose. Tighten them if necessary. There is a rubber pad between the frame of the fuel-transporting bicycle and the frame of the main engine and the connecting bolts will loosen when the load is heavy. Therefore, after the vehicle is overloaded, the connecting bolts must be tightened regularly, especially when the new trailer is used.
In order to protect the oil pump and clean the oil, the filter screen in the three-way valve of the filter screen must be removed and washed frequently and replaced regularly.
Check the breathing valve regularly to ensure that the breathing valve is not blocked and can work normally. Regularly check each valve. If there is leakage, replace it in time;
During maintenance, attention should be paid to cleaning to prevent debris, sand, thread, etc., from being mixed into the tank and pipeline system, so as not to pollute the oil, block the valve and pipeline, cause the valve to close loosely, and reduce the working performance of the vehicle.
Regularly check the discharge hose and various seals and other wearing parts, and replace the damaged ring area. It is recommended to update the discharge hose every 6 months;
In order to prevent fire accidents in oil trucks, the integrity of parts such as tanks, frames, pipes, valves, oil springs, etc. should be checked frequently. When the safety fire cover of the exhaust pipe is damaged, the pipeline is leaking, the anti-static rubber tow belt is damaged or broken, and the anti-static grounding coil is damaged, the work should be stopped and overhauled;
Regularly add lubricating oil to the moving parts that require lubricating oil.
