China (Liangshan) Special Purpose Vehicles Exhibition has always been an influential industry event in the field of special vehicles and trailers. On September 16, 2023, the semi trailer exhibition was held as scheduled, and Vehicle Master exhibited a total of 4 models at this exhibition. Let's take a look at the specific situation together!

The frame adopts an invisible gooseneck style for higher safety.  This model uses more aluminum alloy accessories to effectively reduce  its own weight, with an equipment weight of 7000kg and a load capacity  of 33000kg, greatly improving the profit of cargo transportation.

This semi trailer model is sprayed with water-based paint, which can be applied even in humid environments. The  overall size is 13600mmx2500mmx2735mm, using high-strength steel with  higher resistance to compensation. The beam steel contains 0.98% mortar,  and the tensile strength is increased by 11%. The equipment has a mass of 6800kg and a load capacity of 30000kg. The components are laser fed and the frame is automatically welded by a robot, resulting in higher accuracy. 3.5 Assembled traction pin, with well sealed air circuit joints and no air leakage.

The  entire vehicle is equipped with waterproof electrical circuits and  sprayed with water-based paint, which is environmentally friendly and  safe.  The overall dimensions are 8300mm x 2500mm x 3300mm, and the dimensions  inside the cargo compartment are 7545mm x 2300mm x 1350mm. Laser cutting of components, robot automatic welding, and superior weld quality.  

13m fence truck trailer 

The new generation of vehicle paint baking+powder spraying has stronger rust prevention ability. The size inside the box is 12840mm × 2440mm × 1800mm, designed for weight reduction in multiple structures, with a curb weight of 6300kg and a load capacity of 33700kg. The entire vehicle is made of sufficiently thick and high-strength steel material, which is sturdy and requires minimal maintenance, ensuring that goods are delivered without delay.
